What would you consider a normal daily dose of caffeine? 50mg 75mg 100mg etc.

Cup o coffee 12oz has 120mg Hershey bar 25mg Espresso shot 40mg

Looked it up..Mayo clinic says no more than 400mg recommended a day or 2.5mg of weight in your body
