Something with releasing carbon dioxide built up in ur joints. Thus relaxation at that area.

None of the above.it s actually the synovial fluid in your joints shifting due to the cracking.

No it can't, its release of air, that's what a chiropracter told me. But I believe synovial fluid

My mom said it would give me arthritis too, but a rheumatologist (joint dr) told me it's not true.
