Typically people just try to get out the easy way by attepting to diet. The answer is EXERCISE.

Weight watchers & exercise. U lose weight and can eat what u want. It teaches u portion control.

High fructose corn syrup. Body can't metabolize so becomes instant fat. Cut down on it
