Just started running and I keep getting a cramp on my side, how do I make it go away?

Breathe in thru nose, out thru mouth. Can raise arms above head for s few min if it continues

Also warming up can help and massaging later.

Caitdh1 is right, breathe in your nose and out your mouth. Also stay hydrated.
