How long can you keep meat in the freezer?

It is generally accepted that meat will keep in the freezer up to a yearas long as it was frozen while still fresh, and has been solidly frozen the entire time

Three months should be totally fine! After about 6 months, meat will start to get a little freezer-burn and taste funny.
